1) How did we do it?

- Products are 100% handmade by skilled and experienced craftsmen.
- Use high-quality wood such as: rosewood, ebony, black wood, mahogany wood....
- Accessories and decorations are cast from metal lead, some made by copper, constitute the unique , sophistication of each product
2) How’s the ship measured?
All models of the ship are measured in centimeter; it is illustrated as in pictures below:
3) How do you make a purchase order?
We accept purchase orders that are made via internet, email, telephone, fax…etc…
4) How do you pay?
There are three methods:
- Payment by credit cards such as Visa, Master card, American Express....
- Payment by bank transfer into our bank account number provided.
- Payment by PayPal, MoneyGram…
5) How long is the goods delivery?
For small shipments:
- By courier express such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX...It takes from 7 -10 business days
- By seamail: about 2-3 months
- By airmail: about 2-3 weeks since the date we received your payment.
For big shipments:
Goods shall be shipped by sea freight, it takes from 4-6 weeks from Vietnamese port to arrive at foreign destination ports.
6) How can you follow up the goods delivery?
Shortly after the goods has been sent, we will update to you tracking number and shipment status, then you can follow up the progress easily.
7) How much is the transport cost?
The transport cost will depend on value of the goods, delivery address, and shipping methods. If you want the goods to be delivered faster, we will send by EMS. Please contact us before you choose the shipping method so that we will advise you on the appropriate and safest shipping.
8) How are the ship packed?
Ships will be fold down and wrapped with styrofoam inside and packed into a carton box (if you carry on) or into wooden crate (if you want to ship to your country) to protect goods from damages during the delivery process.
It takes 3-5 working days from the date order taken for packing the parcel.

9) If the goods is damaged, what should I do?
Please inform us immediately within 7 days since the date you’ve received the goods; please also send us pictures of all damaged goods. We will help you deal with it.
10) Why are no prices show on our website?
We supply for all guest, they are dealers, wholesalers, retailers and normal guest. This is why we do not mention our prices on the website. But could you please no worry about our price and our quality. If have any question, please contact with us, we answer email day by day.
11) Is there any problem when I carry on or send your wooden products to Autralia?
All of our wooden products are after treated, not raw wood, then it is no problem when you carry them to the countries that have the rule of wood limited.
For the goods using our shipping services, they will be sent accompanied with a Certificate of Fumigation by a firm that is recognized by Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Therefore, we make sure goods will come to your hands safely and on time.
